ROSIE CAMPBELL: STILL LIFE I ref: CXRC01
Rosie Campbell trained at Reading University (1976) from where she has a degree in Fine Art. She has shown, and sold paintings and prints in group shows such as New Contemporaries (John Moores Gallery), the LondonArt Pop-Up Show in Dulwich Village (2012/13) and in Open Studio shows from her own home during the Dulwich Festival (2012, 2013). She has frequently taken part in watercolour, mono-printing and life drawing/painting classes and sessions at local studios and, especially, at Dulwich Picture Gallery Media typically include watercolours, oils and pastels (oil/chalk) and electronic image-making and she has recently completed a series of monotype prints. Her images are characteristically semi-naturalistic and always inspired by well-loved landscapes, domestic or still life subject matter.
